Bidders must have a credit card on file in order to place bid. If they do not have money in their account and their credit card fails, all their other bids are immediately put on hold and they are unable to make any future bids. They will also receive an automated email informing them that they must pay for their item immediately. The seller doesn't need to do anything. If 5 days pass and the bidder has still not made a payment, they will receive another email reminding them to pay and additionally receive a phone call from our customer care department. In the event that the buyer doesn't pay, they are no longer given access to the NAXCOM Auctions and your transaction will automatically be reimbursed without any fees to the seller and without you having to initiate a reversal. If a buyer wins more then 1 auction from the same seller within the same calendar day (midnight to midnight PST), the shipping will automatically be combined on every transaction thereafter. If a buyer clicks on Buy Now on the auctions, they will be taken to the shopping cart where they can purchase more items from the seller. Therefore, all Buy Now transactions will occur at the current NAXCOM "Fixed Price" transaction Fees, not the auction transaction fees above. A special VIP Free Shipping Offer is being created for auctions. To send an item(s) to auction, it must be added on NAXCOM first. Once an item is listed, you can then click on the Send To Auction link. All of the information will be sent to the auction Posting Form including title, grade/condition, buy it now price and your image (if one has been added). On the Posting Form, you can add more information to your title and/or grade/condition. Choose a starting and ending time/date, choose a minimum bid plus some other options as well. A "Send to Auction" link will be added to the Post Buy/Sell Listings Page and to each item on the page where all buy/sell prices are listed. In addition, an auction upload will be made available when auctions launch live. Please note: All of the auction listings will be added to the current NAXCOM site and synched to seller's Storefront Accounts...so if it sells at Auction, it will automatically delete from the seller's storefront.
