NAXCOM protects every purchase by having buyers pay for each item through their NAXCOM account rather than paying the seller directly. Once the buyer has paid (Credit Card, PayPal, Check/M.O) for their item they are buying, NAXCOM places the funds into the seller's pending account. If the buyer hasn't received the item within 7 days of receiving a shipping confirmation email from the seller, they're requested to contact the seller. If the seller doesn't respond, the buyer is then requested to contact CustomerCare@naxcom.com (310.568.8825) where the funds are immediately frozen from going to the seller's Cash Account. This payment system protects buyers against sellers that ship a wrong item or never ship an item at all. If this occurs, NAXCOM immediately puts the money back into the buyers account and immediately suspends or removes the seller from the site.
