ALL Default Descriptions are Optional.

  2. Default eBay Listing Duration – Select what you typically offer 30 Day or Good Til Cancelled. You’ll have a chance to change this default and all of your defaults when you actually list an item to eBay.

  5. Enable Gallery Feature – If you typically add a Gallery, enable this default

4. How to synchronize your NAXCOM Listings onto your eBay Storefront
(NAXCOM/eBay Sync Home Page)

After setting up your defaults, click on “My NAXCOM/eBay Sync Home Page” link found at the top right of the defaults page, just below your eBay User ID & your current fee structure. All of your listings that you want to synchronize can easily be found using the Search Box or the quick links.

*Please note: You can synchronize 1-25 items at a time; however, you can only synchronize one page at a time.

  1. Edit Item : To left of each item is the image area with your Personal Scan, a Stock Photo, or no image. If you don’t have a Personal Scan, you have the ability to add one.

You also have the ability to Edit your Price and/or Qty, by changing the information and checking the box of the item and clicking the Edit Button
  2. Once you are ready, put a check in the box to the right of all the items that you want to send to eBay and click the “Send to eBay Confirmation Page” button.

    1. Image: You’ll then be taken to the eBay Confirmation Page. On this page you will notice if there is an image or not. If it is a General Image/Stock Photo and you would like to include that with your listings, you’ll need to check the box below the image.
    2. Title on eBay: The system automatically generates a 55-character title using the most important information of your listing. You will most likely need to edit this information to your liking.
    3. Description on eBay: This field displays all of your Beginning & Ending Description Defaults and automatically inserts the full item information (and Seller Notes if choosen in defaults) and displays the information with your HTML item description default.
    4. Quantity: The Quantity is displayed. Please Note: Quantity must be the same on NAXCOM and eBay. You can’t have different quantities (i.e. 2 available on NAXCOM, 1 on eBay).
    5. Price on eBay. You can edit your price on eBay to be higher, lower or the same price as you have on NAXCOM.
    6. Shipping/Best Offer/Gallery/Storefront Category: Here your defaults are all displayed with the option to change them.
  3. Once your listing(s) are ready, click the “Send To Ebay” button and your item will immediately be listed on eBay. You will be taken to your "View All Items on NAXCOM/eBay Sync" page. Click on the View Item on eBay link to confirm your listing. Once you have synchronized an item, it will be automatically deleted from the other site when it sells.

6. FAQ's

1. If my item sells on one of the sites do I need to delete it off the other?
A: NO. The most attractive feature of the MultiMarketLister sync system, is when it sells on one site it will automatically be deleted off the other site within 2 minutes of the sale.

2. If I have more an item with a quantity of 5, will both sites update if I were to sell 1 of the 5.
A: YES. If your listing is partially executed on either site, the synchronization will automatically update the quantity on the other site. For example, if you had a listing with a quantity of 5 and 1 sells on NAXCOM, your NAXCOM Listing would be reduced to a quantity of 4 as well as your eBay Listing.

3. If I sell an item(s) out of my eBay storefront, do I still receive my regular eBay sale notifications?
A: YES, whatever site you sell the item on you will receive that sites sale notifications. You will also manage all sales on the individual sites in which you sold the item on.

4. I have a lot of listings on my Ebay Storefront. Can I get those synchronized to NAXCOM?
A: YES, but there is some manual work involved to format it. First contact VIP@naxcom.com at 310.568.8825 x104 and inform them that you would like to synchronize your current eBay Storefront Listings. Your listings will be downloaded and some formatting will need to be done to upload them on to NAXCOM. Once they have been formatted, NAXCOM will then synchronize them with your current eBay Listings.

5. Are the sync fees in addition to my regular eBay storefront fees?
A: YES, if your item(s) sell through your eBay storefront, the sync fees are in addition to your regular eBay storefront fees.

6. If my item sells on NAXCOM do I have to pay the additional synchronization transaction fees?
A: NO. You only have to pay the synchronization transaction fees if the item sells on eBay.

7. Where do I get charged for these additional sync fees?
A: All synchronization fees are charged to your NAXCOM account. If the account goes into the negative, you will have to fund your account to maintain your active synchronization.
