the full item information (and Seller Notes if

the same on NAXCOM and eBay. You can’t have
different quantities (i.e. 2 available on NAXCOM,
1 on eBay).
- Price on eBay. You can edit
your price on eBay to be higher, lower or the same
price as you have on NAXCOM.
- Shipping/Best Offer/Gallery/Storefront Category: Here your defaults
are all displayed with the option to
change them.
- Once your listing(s) are ready,
click the “Send

6. FAQ's
1. If
my item sells on one of the sites do I need to delete
it off the other?
A: NO. The most attractive
feature of the MultiMarketLister sync system, is when
it sells on one site it will automatically be deleted
off the other site within 2 minutes of the sale.
2. If
I have more an item with a quantity of 5, will both sites
update if I were to sell 1 of the 5.
A: YES. If your listing is partially
executed on either site, the synchronization will automatically
update the quantity on the other site. For example,
if you had a listing with a quantity of 5 and 1 sells
on NAXCOM, your NAXCOM Listing would be reduced to
a quantity of 4 as well as your eBay Listing.
3. If
I sell an item(s) out of my eBay storefront, do I still
receive my regular eBay sale notifications?
A: YES, whatever
site you sell the item on you will receive that sites
sale notifications. You will also manage all sales
on the individual sites in which you sold the item
on.
4. I
have a lot of listings on my Ebay Storefront. Can I get
those synchronized to NAXCOM?
A: YES,
but there is some manual work involved to format it.
First contact VIP@naxcom.com at
310.568.8825 x104 and inform them that you would like
to synchronize your current eBay Storefront Listings.
Your listings will be downloaded and some formatting
will need to be done to upload them on to NAXCOM. Once
they have been formatted, NAXCOM will then synchronize
them with your current eBay Listings.
5. Are
the sync fees in addition to my regular eBay storefront
fees?
A: YES, if your item(s)
sell through your eBay storefront, the sync fees are
in addition to your regular eBay storefront fees.
6. If
my item sells on NAXCOM do I have to pay the additional
synchronization transaction fees?
A:
NO. You only have to pay the synchronization
transaction fees if the item sells on eBay.
7. Where
do I get charged for these additional sync fees?
A: All synchronization fees are charged
to your NAXCOM account. If the account goes into the
negative, you will have to fund your account to maintain
your active synchronization.
